We're building India's Commerce OS
Rakshasetu connects merchants, logistics, payments, and buyers into one unified platform — so commerce in India just works.
Started with a simple frustration
We were running an e-commerce business out of Kalol, Gujarat. Every day was a battle — juggling different courier dashboards, manually reconciling COD payments, chasing return pickups, and trying to build buyer trust with no tools to show for it.
The tools that existed were built for large enterprises or for Western markets. Nothing was designed for the realities of Indian commerce: high COD volumes, pin-code complexity, GST compliance, and buyers who need local trust signals before they buy.
So we built Rakshasetu — the platform we wished existed. Starting with Shopify logistics, expanding to a verified marketplace, and now building the trust layer that makes Indian commerce work.
"Make commerce in India as simple, trusted, and accessible as possible — for every merchant, from Kalol to Kanyakumari."
Our principles
Trust First
Every seller on our platform is KYC-verified. Every transaction is protected. Trust is the foundation we build everything on.
Simplicity
Commerce in India is complex. We absorb that complexity — couriers, payments, returns, KYC — so merchants can focus on selling.
India-First
Built in Kalol, Gujarat. We understand the nuances of Indian commerce — COD, regional couriers, GST, vernacular buyers — because we live it.
Merchant Success
We win only when merchants win. Our pricing, support, and product roadmap are all built around one question: does this help merchants grow?
Three ways we help
Each product solves a distinct problem in the Indian commerce stack.
