Returns & Exchanges
Return eligibility is clearly mentioned on each product page. To be eligible for a return, products must meet all of the following conditions:
Unused and undamaged
In original packaging
All tags and labels intact
Returned within 7 days of delivery
Certain products such as customized, made-to-order, or specific categories may not be eligible for return. International orders may have limited or no return eligibility unless stated otherwise.
After a return request is approved, pickup will be arranged. Refunds will be processed after product inspection and confirmation.
Refunds
- Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Processing timelines may vary depending on your bank's policies. Typically, refunds reflect within 5–10 business days after confirmation.
- Refunds are initiated only after product inspection is completed and the return is approved.
Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been shipped.
- RakshaSetu reserves the right to cancel any order in cases of policy violations, verification concerns, or operational limitations.
